A Note to Our Residents
When each of us moved into Serene Pelican, we paid a Refundable Deposit — and it is that very deposit that built the common properties we all use today: our roads, our clubhouse, our shared spaces. The Corpus Fund, managed through SPVOA, helps us look after what already exists.
Solid Waste Management is different only in this one respect: it wasn't part of what our original deposit was meant to cover, yet it is now just as essential to how we live here — and, under new regulations, a legal responsibility we share as a community. That is exactly why this Trust exists: not to ask for charity, but to build the next piece of infrastructure our own community needs, in the same spirit that built everything we already enjoy.
This is worth saying plainly, because it matters: this isn't like giving to a school, a hospital, or someone in need — noble causes, but ones where the benefit reaches someone else. Here, every rupee comes back to you — in a cleaner, safer, more hygienic place for you and your family to live in, every day. We aren't asking you to give to others. We're asking you to invest, once more, in the home you've already chosen for yourselves.
You don't need to fund the whole project alone. Every part of it is broken into pieces below — pick whichever speaks to you, whatever fits your means. Every rupee, big or small, moves us forward.
